About Brentwood, California
Brentwood is a city that is conveniently located near the Santa Monica Mountains which is an attraction popular to many hikers and other fitness buffs. It is also in close proximity to Santa Monica City which is also home to wonderful beaches, the pier, the Promenade and the Pacific Ocean. It is also bordered by the luxurious Wilshire Boulevard and the Mulholland Drive which is a famed place for luxurious real estate properties-condominiums, apartments and houses. It is also situated right at the entrance of the 405 freeway. Many are attracted to the city being the west side of LA where gentle breezes blow and you experience cool temperatures even in the middle of the summer season. Most of the people living here are Caucasians, Asian Americans and Latin Americans. It also has a big Persian community right within the area. It is home to numerous attractions like the farmers market and the Brentwood Country Club. The Getty Museum is open to everyone without a fee that is perfect to be visited by art lovers all over. Brentwood has also been the home of many television characters like those from the 1989 hit show, Doogie Howser, M.D. The city has been given its fame by the shows season two episodes which was entitled To Live and Die in Brentwood. This is also where you can get to see the Los Angeles Public Library along with other prestigious academic institutions, like the Brentwood School, Paul Revere Charter Middle School and the University High School which is right outside west Los Angeles.
